Radhika Apte barren

So do not be surprised. Radhika Apte is playing a role of an infertile woman courtesy
of her upcoming film Parched. Radhika opened her mouth herself about her
character after many discussions with some controversial scenes in the movie.
According to heroine, “The name of her
character if Lajjo, an illiterate rural girl. She was married at very young
age. Her sole aim in life was to give a child to her husband. But after some
days she realised that she could not be a mother. She is barren. As a result,
there comes depression. She feels inadequate or inferior from others.”
The heroine never played such a
character before. Good girl have nothing to lose in the film. She tends to find
herself in the movie. The movie, directed by Leena Yadav, will be released on
23rd September.
